Description

Typhoon NBF Tools is an Open Source project providing basic utilities to 
manipulate a Typhoon/Feeler Windows Mobile Microsoft Smartphone ROM.

Basic functionalities
---------------------

* View the different sections of a ROM file - load an NBF file

* Modify the headers of an NBF file to install it on your device - Tools / Edit Header Data

* Dump a ROM section - right click on each section and choose your dump method.
     - The SPL section has a special mode ("Dump decrypted and unwrapped") 
       removing the image redundancy
     - The Splash Section can be dumped as a BMP file ("Extract image")

Advanced functions and client flashing
--------------------------------------

TyphoonNBFTools functionalities can be extended with a third party library, 
allowing users to perform unitary flashing operations from Windows CE.

You should only use this library if you're stuck with a buggy ROM version that
cannot be replaced on your device.
