CRUX 1.3 for PowerPC platform.

Some packages are added or modified to support special
PPC features. The system boot on NewWorld machines.
The CD-ROM includes an updated install.txt to reflect
the needed changes.

CRUX-PPC includes support for cvsup and httpup because
it can use cvsup for the clc ports, but httpup is
needed for the official "base" and "opt" ports.
