New wip kernel.  This should fix:
- Larger buffer for tape initialization fixes problems on some tape drives.
- Fix to G3 ethernet.  Shouldn't get as many bogus packets.  Should get
  better transmit speeds.
- IDE Timeout fix.  May also fix BAD_SIGNATURE problems.
- Built with egcs -O2.

Well, it seems that on the G3's there are still problems with IDE timeouts
and BAD_SIGNATUREs.  We'll keep working on it.
